Returns & Exchanges

At Vic West Organics, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, subject to the conditions below:

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Opened or used personal care products (due to hygiene reasons).
Custom or personalised orders.
Items purchased on sale or clearance (unless faulty).

Return Process

Email us at vicwestorganics@gmail.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return.
We will provide you with a return authorisation number and return instructions.
Pack your item securely and send it to the provided return address.
Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the return does not meet the eligibility criteria, it will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different variant (e.g., scent, size), subject to availability.
If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or damaged.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a free replacement or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us immediately at vicwestorganics@gmail.com with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
